If you were trying to download a file from FileFront, then you're seeing this error because your ISP is using a proxy server (definition) to request the file.
The immediate solution to this problem is to bypass the proxy server (instructions for doing this vary by ISP). For example, if you're using AOL, download the file through IE instead of through AOL's integrated web browser.
We're also working on our own solution to this problem, but it's still under development.
