XKisssss
aka Mireille is back !
"According to the "Cura Italia" Decree (DECRETO-LEGGE 17 marzo 2020, n. 1 emitted by the Italian Government on the 17th of March 2020, states that the guests that paid in advance for a stay they cannot actually use do not have to be refunded, as what is happening cannot be considered the responsibility of the hotel facilities.
We are not considering refund for not refundable booking but guests will have the opportunity to use this credit for a future stay as
follows:
We kindly ask you to provide new dates before 1st of may 2020. After this deadline no amendment will be allowed.
You will have the chance to travel from one year of your original travel dates. We would like to inform you that extra fee can be applied depending on our rates and availability."
